In addition to the Monthly online courses, study groups, and Tele-conferences, there are Two Weekend Intensives where attendance is mandatory. (Exceptions for attendance are granted for foreign students, students who are unable to travel, and those with disabilities.) The intensives are held in October and March, beginning on Friday evening and ending on Sunday afternoon.

Tuition can be paid in full, or arrangements can be made with the Director to pay in installments. Tuition and fee obligations must be paid in full in order for a student to graduate and/or receive ordination.

Payments can be made by check, money order, or credit card. (There is a one-time fee of $10 for the use of a credit card.)

There is Limited Financial Assistance/Work-Study available for students who can demonstrate financial need. Application/Registration fee, Retreat fee, and Graduation fees must be paid in full and are not subject to scholarship.
